Date Modified Tomorrow (D.M.T) is a new collaboration project between west coast natives Christian Sudweeks (Suds - Arcata, CA) and Michael Williams (Mike.iLL - Seattle, WA). This unique brain child of theirs paints a vivid, psychedelic soundscape driven by precision drum work and heavy analog synthesis; accentuated by full, dynamic mixes that are guaranteed to flex any sound system to its full potential.
D.M.T. represents the desire to mold or “modify” the future by working in the present while being mindful of the past. The intention behind this project lies in creating an organic sound that stays true to both artist’s roots, while steadily pushing the boundaries of what west coast bass music can be. Through this singular and seemingly contradictory goal, these two have brought to life a collaboration that has yielded some of their best work to date.
Currently in the works for D.M.T. are over 25 new songs including an EP, collaborations & remixes, as well as a full hour long mix showcasing a wide variety of all new material.
A sophisticated technique for the delivery of squidges, squooshes, bleeps, blops, and other peculiar sounds. Best administered through a wall of subwoofers at an assembly of gyrating humanoid creatures.
